  • Handcrafted Nature – Our furniture is handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural solid hardwoods. As a result, each piece is unique and may exhibit natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and finish. These variations are not defects but rather inherent characteristics of solid wood furniture that add to its beauty and individuality.

  • Color and Finish Variations – Due to differences in computer monitors, mobile device screens, and display settings, the colors and finishes you see on the Site may vary slightly from the actual product.

  • Dimensions – All dimensions and measurements provided are approximate. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in size may occur.

  • Product Availability – All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

  • Images – Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly from the images shown.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

  • Price Accuracy – We strive to ensure that all prices on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error, we reserve the right to:

    • Cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation

Orders

Placing an Order

If we cancel your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method for any charges that have been processed.

Order Changes and Modifications

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason:

  • Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with failed payments

Shipping and Delivery

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier at our facility. This means that once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier:

  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier

  • You assume responsibility for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments

Delivery Issues

  • Inspection upon Delivery – Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Reporting Damage – If you discover damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Access Issues – You are responsible for ensuring that the furniture will fit through all access points (doors, hallways, staircases, elevators) and into the intended space. If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, additional fees may apply, and the order may be treated as a return subject to restocking fees.

  • Delivery Delays – Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. The Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Summary of Return Terms

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery

  • Condition Requirements – Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Return Shipping – Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

  • Restocking Fees – A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns

  • Custom Orders – Custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective

  • Final Sale Items – Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return

Custom Orders

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are handcrafted to order, made specifically to your specifications. When you place a custom order, you are commissioning a unique piece of furniture that will be crafted just for you.

Custom Order Terms

  • No Cancellations – Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • No Returns – Custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% may be required for custom orders at the time of purchase.

  • Lead Times – Custom orders require additional production time. Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed.

  • Variations – Due to the handcrafted nature of custom furniture, slight variations in dimensions, color, and finish are to be expected and are not considered defects.

Custom Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject any custom order request. If we cannot fulfill your custom order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any deposits paid.

Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage

NIBRIA Furnishing stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural Defects – Issues with the structural integrity of the piece

  • Finish Defects – Defects in the finish that occur under normal use

  • Hardware Defects – Defects in hardware components

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Damage caused by improper assembly

  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight

  • Minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic blemishes that do not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by moving or transporting the furniture after delivery

  • Damage caused by third-party modifications or repairs

Intellectual Property

Ownership

Product Warranty

The only warranty provided by NIBRIA Furnishing is the express warranty described in the “Product Warranty” section of these Terms. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NIBRIA FURNISHING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE

  • YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS

  • ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN SITE CONTENT

  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS

  • ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NIBRIA Furnishing LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Dispute Resolution Process

Informal Resolution – Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact us at marga.trading.amz@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues promptly.

Binding Arbitration – If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Austin, Texas.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION.

Jury Trial Waiver

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE.

Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

No waiver of any term, provision, or condition of these Terms, whether by conduct or in writing, shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term, provision, or condition or a waiver of any other term, provision, or condition.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NIBRIA Furnishing LLC regarding your use of the Site and your purchase of products, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.
